The Data Verification Executive will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer, operational, and business data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
The role involves carefully checking records and information, identifying errors or discrepancies, updating incorrect or incomplete data, and ensuring that records meet the required quality standards. The candidate will also coordinate with relevant teams to clarify information and ensure necessary corrections are completed accurately and on time.
The Data Verification Executive will work with large volumes of information and is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling routine and repetitive data-related tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, organized data handling, and the ability to identify inconsistencies effectively.
- Verify and validate customer and business data for accuracy.
- Identify, correct, and report errors or discrepancies in records.
- Update databases and maintain accurate and complete information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently.
- Previous experience in data verification or data entry.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
- Experience in the ISP, Telecom, IT, or service industry.
